mimosa bark is used in natural medicine and currently high in the world of cosmetics and aesthetics due to its large concentration of tannins, astringent substances that when in contact with the skin, react with proteins of the collagen and bind them together, making the skin more resistant to external damage. It is also exceptionally nutrient dense and is rich in flavonoids (anti microbial and anti carcinogenic) copper, iron, magnesium, magnese and zinc helping to nourish the skin to its full extent.
